Regulars are greeted by name at this friendly, neighborhood Japanese restaurant, and newcomers are welcomed as warmly. Regular sushi favorites can be found as well as daily specials. Try the house original Akasaka Roll or the interesting Mexican Roll. Homemade gyoza, pan-fried dumplings dipped in sesame-soy sauce and negimaki, beef wrapped around a scallion are great dishes as well. Tempura is light and crisp and teriyaki well-flavored.
