This event is a family dominated affair with children's games, live music and an abundance of food. The center of the action, of course, is the chili with vats upon vats of the concoction offered in a variety of styles. You can be the judge of the best recipe, sampling among entries that range from the mild to very spicy and prepared with all sorts of ingredients, from the classic "con carne" to vegetarian renditions.
