Washington chef and restaurateur Roberto Donna has teamed up with chef Enzo Fargione to present this Capitol Hill restaurant, specializing in cuisine from the Piedmont region. Barolo has the ambience of a rustic mountain villa. The main dining room is intimate, with a working fireplace and wooden floors. The creative menu changes daily. Expect specialties such as Sauteed Lobster, Eggplant and Loin of Lamb.
