It is worth the short trip across the Potomac River to Old Town Alexandria to dine at this well-regarded French restaurant. The restaurant is located in a historic brick warehouse just two blocks from the Potomac River. Chef Jean Campagne-Ibarcq received his training in southwest France and Paris, and the menu reflects this background. Grilled Portabello Mushrooms with Sauteed Crabmeat and Veal Scallopini with Oregon Morels are house favorites. Desserts are delectable.
