Ching Ching Cha, in lower Georgetown, offers a variety of teas. The Chinese ritual of making and pouring the tea is elegant and fascinating. Light fare includes delicate, nourishing items such as miso soup, a variety of salads and salmon. A complete tea meal is $10. Appetizers range from $2 to $5.
