Dining at the Garden Cafe in the State Plaza Hotel, you may rub shoulders with diplomats from around the world, or some of the performers from the nearby Kennedy Center. The menu changes seasonally, but may offer an appetizer of Blackened Yellowfin Tuna or Pan-Seared Thai Beef and Shiitake Mushrooms. Smoked Idaho Trout and Seared Orange-Soy Glazed Chilean Sea Bass are popular entrees. Save room for the Pear Frangipane or the Chambord Cake with Raspberry Sauce.
