The Ghanaian owners of this Adams-Morgan restaurant bring authentic West African food to this eclectic neighborhood. Large portions and bargain prices make this a favorite among locals and students. A variety of stews—including chicken, beef, goat and seafood—are served with rice. Make sure you try the Fu Fu, a traditional side dish of pounded cassava root. The somewhat spicy food pairs nicely with an African beer. There are several to choose from. Sit back, relax, and listen to Afropop and reggae music as you enjoy a truly exotic meal.
