This restaurant-pub, located in the heart of Georgetown, is a popular night spot for Washington's young professionals. Patrons will find a popular oyster bar and a split-level dining area inside. J. Paul's decor is reminiscent of turn-of-the-century dining saloons. The antique bar originally served a saloon in the Chicago stockyards. The kitchen offers a selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches and other standard pub fare. More elaborate entrees include steak, salmon, crab cakes and barbecued ribs.
