The seafood is simple and elegant at this four-star restaurant. Choose to sit in the small and casual cafe downstairs or the cafe outside when weather permits, or the main dining room, which features an exhibition kitchen. The menu changes daily, but the signature dish is the Applewood Smoked Monkfish. The Black Pepper Crusted Rare Tuna is also an excellent choice.
