This tiny ice cream parlor tucked below bustling the Connecticut Avenue serves up some of the best homemade ice cream anywhere. Walk down two sets of stairs and walk into a narrow space facing a freezer full of ice cream. A small seating area faces the window. Dozens of flavors of deliciously rich ice cream - including Chocolate Mint are offered. Shakes and malts are also served.
