Located in the heart of Washington, the Lincoln Theatre is a true witness of performing arts in the city. It boasts of magnificent performances by Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holliday and Sarah Vaughn, to name a few. However, it is most recognized for the role it has played in promoting black artists. Season after season, a host of events are held here. Theatre, dance, cabaret, balls-the list is just endless. Come be a part of performing arts history at the Lincoln Theatre.
