Dining at Marcel's is an extraordinary experience. The cream of mushroom soup is absolutely ambrosial, every bite revealing a nuance of smooth cream and scented broth. Chef Robert Wiedmaier's French-Flemish fusion cooking includes signature dishes such as Crispy Skate with caper lemon butter and Prince Edward Mussels delicately smothered in Gruyere cheese. The impressive wine list reveals steep prices, but at least one glass must accompany the delectable seafood dishes.
