"Twelve Twenty-Three" prides itself on being the most exclusive place around. Patrons must wait in a long line, behind a velvet rope, to gain entrance to this 18th Street hotspot. The dimly lit bar is peppered with tables and oversized cream couches. You can reserve a table or join the many who choose to stand around the bar.
