Dining at Mezza 9, at The Hyatt, is always refreshing. This ultra chic eatery has never gone out of style - evident in the hordes of folk, from the neighbourhood of Rosslyn, who regularly flock here. The tapas bar serves interesting bites of seafood with complimentary crackers. Rack of lamb, gnocchi, spaghetti, crabcakes, smoked salmon terrine et al are regular features.
