Dining at this innovative American restaurant in the Washington Plaza Hotel is a delightful experience. Chef Jon Dornbusch is known for adding something to his dishes that is just a little bit unexpected and surprising. His cheddar cheese fritter soup-which is unusual by itself-is enhanced further with Creole tomatoes and caraway seed.
