Palette Restaurant and Bar is into a different kind of fusion, joining the concepts of a restaurant and an art gallery. Sophisticated hues of blue, beige and brown create a classy ambience. The amazing decor would let you know that Palette definitely deserved the Bronze Award for Hospitality Design awarded by the International Interior Design Association. The featured artworks are changed after every three months. Not just the setting, but even the culinary creations are a visual treat. The menu comprises of American cuisine chiefly, with a touch of South and Central American tastes. From soups, salads, appetizers to fresh meats and seafood - you name it and you get it.
