Egyptian cuisine is much like that of its Middle Eastern neighbors, but give Pasha Cafe a try, and notice the subtle differences. The focus here is on appetizers. They range from the familiar hummus, which comes plain or infused with a variety of fresh herbs to the more exotic, such as the kosa bel zabadi, a creamy zucchini dip. Favorite entrees include tender kebabs of lamb, chicken or fish and moulkia, a traditional Egyptian dish of greens mixed with lamb or chicken. Review © 2009, Wcities |
