This is a pleasant and attractive neighborhood hangout in the 17th Street corridor near Dupont Circle. With brightly colored murals, a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly staff, Peppers embodies the special charms of friendly area. Everyone seems to drop by eventually, regardless of age or social style.
