Pho is the Vietnamese word for soup which is traditionally considered a comfort food. And the 75 in the name comes from the year the Vietnam War ended. At Pho 75 you can enjoy more than 15 varieties of pho, each built from a beef broth base topped with special cuts of steak and brisket. The broth is then ladled in to a regular or very large bowl and served with rice noodles and a plate of vegetable condiments like bean sprouts, hot peppers, slices of lemon and fresh mint.
