PS 7's is not just a unique name for a restaurant, it's also a unique eating joint. PS stands for Peter Smith—chef and owner—while 7 stands for the seven unique sections, (each at different price-points) in the restaurant. Once you are here, you can experiment with the chef's exquisite dishes like the Trio of Veal with barbequed ribs and molasses thyme veal jus, the sautéed loin with wilted baby chard and the braised breast with apricot and thyme jus, or you can simply order for the tasting menu, which changes everyday. You might also get confused with the complicated seating arrangements, so it is always better to ask for help.
