When you dine in this charming little restaurant you can feel good about it. Ten percent of the profits are donated to public education in Washington. Start with the Black Bean Hummus with Toasted Chapati or a Spinach Salad with Fresh Goat Cheese, Walnuts and Suriname Cherry Vinaigrette. The Vegetable Jambalaya is a favorite entree.
