Although this restaurant is situated in a hotel (The Four Seasons), it still has the respect of locals due to Executive Chef Doug Anderson's skill and creativity. Although the setting is perfect for the power lunch, couples also find the posh dining appealing for romance. Although, like most hotel dining spots, it is open from the wee hours of dawn to late in the evening, stressing the kitchen for consistency, it pulls it off, especially at dinner, with creations like Mustard Seed Crusted Lamb and Timbale of Smoked Salmon.
