This downtown restaurant, on the terrace of the Washington Hotel, is open only from April to October. It offers one of the most remarkable views of the city skyline. The sunset hour is especially busy, so come early if you can. As the end of the workday draws near, there is a long line of professionals patiently waiting for a table.
