The Washington Ballet's performance of Tchaikovsky's "The Nutcracker" is a holiday tradition in the nation's capital. The Washington Ballet has performed the classic for nearly 40 years. The cast includes more than 200 members of the professional ballet company and students from the Washington School of Ballet. The Warner Theatre is one of the District's grand theaters and a fitting place to enjoy a charming performance of this beloved ballet. The Washington Ballet orchestra performs the ballet score.
