Tunnicliff's is a friendly restaurant-bar on Capitol Hill, popular with Hill staffers and area residents.On Saturday nights, live jazz or blues is performed. There is no cover charge. A handsome bar greets patrons as they enter. The kitchen serves standard American fare. Burgers, sandwiches and pasta dishes are available, as well as more elaborate entrees, such as lamb, shrimp and steak.
