Held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, the Washington Antique Show attracts more than 50 East Coast antique dealers. The treasures for sale often reflect the show's annual theme. Historical preservation, for example, has been a theme in the past. Guest speakers have included former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and writer George Plimpton. The show catalogs feature articles by museum curators and scholars.
