This shopping centre is located a few miles north of the city, just off the A1237 outer ring road. There are shops here to suit every need: from large supermarkets to sports shops, from travel shops—for that holiday you always promised yourself—to clothes shops, where you'll find that special outfit in which to travel. After a busy day's shopping you might like to eat in one of the many restaurants, or alternatively, at the local pub, the Flying Legend, which has a good and varied menu. Finally, perhaps a visit to the Warner Village cinema complex, and the Vue Cinema where you could take in the latest film to round off your day nicely. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Taylor and Ann Brooks Petite. It also sells cosmetics and lingerie. A parent and baby room is available. There is a spacious lift, giving access to the upper floors, which would easily accommodate wheelchairs and double buggies. Mail order is also a service that's offered. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Coppergate Centre York YO1 9WY United Kingdom +44 1904 64 3322 |
Fenwicks is a department store with something for everyone. Women's wear boasts DKNY and Max Mara, whilst Menswear offers Timberland and Ben Sherman, amongst others. Fenwicks also stock a good range of cookware, luggage, handbags, linens, swimwear and cosmetics. Not forgetting the children, there is a toy department selling amongst other things the all important Barbie and Action Man. Regis hair and Beauty Salon are situated on the first floor and although their prices are a little steep, it is well worth paying that bit extra for the excellent results they produce. Toilets are available, including facilities for disabled customers and there are excellent baby changing facilities here too. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Marks & Spencer, offers a wide range of clothing and accessories for all ages. There is a lingerie department with a free measuring service and there are advisers in-store if help is needed when purchasing such items as shoes and suits. The food hall is situated on the ground floor and among its many delights are chocolates, wines and a good selection of breads and cakes. There's also a takeaway section for those just wanting a quick sandwich for lunch. As well as wrapping paper, cards and seasonal gifts, you can also order cakes, flowers and wine gifts. M & S also have an on-line ordering service which is easy to use and can be accessed by clicking onto the web site address above. Overall, this is an impressive store but not the only one; they also have a second branch, located nearby in the Coppergate Centre, that specializes in home furnishings. Review © 2007, Wcities |
