This two-day festival is a celebration of Native American heritage. The festival is open to the public, and a great way to learn about local Native American culture. The celebration will feature traditional Miwok dancing and dress. Here, you will find traditional arts and crafts, as well as other Native American items. Some vendors may accept credit cards; however, admission and food purchases require cash. This family event is non-smoking, and alcohol is not permitted. See their website for event times. This event is held at the fair grounds, which is also the home of the California Mining and Mineral Museum. This show is a great place for either the rock hound or jewelry enthusiast. Here you will see rows and rows of vendors selling a variety of gem and stone-related items such as jewelry, spheres and egg rocks to name a few.
